Our Experience & Approach
Designed and managed a division-wide supplier qualification program covering ~79 suppliers for global supply, ensuring GMP/GDP compliance across multiple geographies. Alongside this, we:
- Established and managed an auditor qualification program and pool, enabling the completion of 92 audits within 3 years.
- Developed KPIs to monitor compliance risks and trigger timely interventions to avoid supply interruptions.
- Implemented a supplier improvement working model, creating structured follow-up and corrective action plans to raise supplier performance.
- Embedded real-time tracking to flag emerging issues early, ensuring they could be addressed before they impacted operations.
