With over 25 years of international industry experience, our founder brings a proven track record in quality assurance, audit management, compliance leadership, and global manufacturing oversight. Qintegro combines deep regulatory knowledge with hands-on operational insight to support both corporate decision-making and day-to-day quality execution.

Our Founder
Isin K. Oebels is the founder and Managing Director of Qintegro Consulting GmbH. With over 25 years of international experience in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing oversight within the life sciences sector, she has held senior leadership roles at Bayer and other global companies. Isin holds an MBA and a degree in chemical engineering, and is known for her ability to lead quality teams with strong cross-functional collaboration through complex quality challenges during M&A, divestments, and licensing initiatives.
Her expertise also includes third-party audit management, supplier selection and qualification, and quality system optimization across global supply chains. She has led quality teams supporting acquisitions, integrations, and divestments, and brings valuable insight into sterile manufacturing and combination product environments. Her consulting approach is grounded in strategic clarity, operational pragmatism, and integrity. She combines hands-on experience with systems thinking to help clients build sustainable quality structures that drive business value.
